I want to make my eyes look shiny but i dont have liquid eyeshadow but i do have eyeshadow. I wanna use a pale type of color like a basic one but make my eyes still look more shiny. Any tips?How can i make my eyes look shiny without using liquid eyeshadow?
Pick up your eyeshadow on a brush. Put a drop of Visine/eye drops (if you don't have any, then just use water) on the back of your hands. dampen the brush a tiny bit (don't wet it). Then pat it on your eyelids. It will give a shiny/glossy effect.How can i make my eyes look shiny without using liquid eyeshadow?
Add some vaseline to your eyeshadow maybe?
Or for a nude look just put vaseline on, or if you have any metallic or silver shadows they will look shiney :)

Use regular eyeshadow but dampen the brush that you put it on with. It will make the eyeshadow have a brighter shine.

How old should I be before I start wearing eyeliner and eyeshadow everyday?
Well not everyday, but for when I go out and to school.How old should I be before I start wearing eyeliner and eyeshadow everyday?
Well, if you are a minor make sure your parents are cool with it first. If so, don't put a ton on. It just looks bad. Learn to do it right. You can go to a mall and have one of the people in the department stores show you. Being a mom of 4 teenagers, I really let them decide but I keep it under control. No dark purple eye shadow with thick, black eye liner and mascara, no dark red lipstick. You get it I think. It just looks trashy. Try to look as natural as possible. It looks pretty that way.

They do little bottles of non-perfumed make up remover in places like Boots, so you could wear the make up and make sure you take care of your eyes as well by using the remover. And most of that was for school aswell and to be honest my skin is actually fine =] But just wear what you feel comfortable in, and just because your friends might wear a lot doesn't mean you have to, im sure your pretty without the makeup convering your face =] .. first sign of an eye infection bin the lot don't wear any make up for two weeks or you risk reinfecting yourself then buy some new stuff

but to be honest, you can start whenever you want, like if you feel more secure wearing it than go for it

Hmm can't say much about specific colours but to pop your eyes out and brighten them you need to use contrasting colours on your eyes so they stand out. Also dark colours work well, just make sure you do not apply too much or colours that are too dark because they can overpower your eyebrows and it just looks tacky :X. Also, if your eyebrows are light or patchy consider getting a product to fill them in and darken them, nothing adds to a face (specifically eyes) like nice eyebrows. If your eyebrows are thick then get them waxed at a salon. Well hope I helped, I'm new to using eyeliner hehe but know the basics.

what i am doing with that cases is that since you have dark blue eyes, you can combine a little touch of black liner outside the bottom eyelids with dominant brown liner inside the bottom eyelids....
you can put some blue and black liner at the top eyelids, it can be full closed set to make your eyes look poped...
in terms of putting eyeshadows, you can have earth colors such as dark brown, beige or bronze....
if you put too much light eyeshadows, you would look awkward....

almay makes this GREAT eye set for different colored eyes. i LOVE it. it makes my blue eyes stand out and just look really nice. it's 3 separate things to buy. blue mascara. brown eyeliner. and a set of 3 shadows, brown, dark blue, light blue. the instructions r right on the box. however i switched it up a little and played around with it and this is how i think it works best. use black liner and black mascara. also apply brown eye shadow first over eyelid. then blend in dark blue and finish with blending a LITTLE light blue but not too much. ppl always compliment my eyes when i do them like that. good luck! messing around with things worked really well for me!

Basic browns compliment most skin tones and that's probably where your problem lies... try to compliment your skin instead of your eyes and you'll solve your problem... Light skin, stick with browns... dark skin, add the purples and pinks...

Use the dark color shadow on the lid all the way up to the crease. Then use the lighter color just above the crease or up to the brow bone. Smudge the 2 colors accordingly, watching NOT to smudge the dark color all the way up to the brow bone.

It works perfect dont hesitate to try the bright purple. I have light brown eyes and yet a purple line under the eye(very thin!) and a pink line on the edge on the eyelid looks soo pretty!(add a brink fushia pink line on the inner part of the eye) I think it goes well with every eye color. Okay, now for the stunning ! :) what looks awesome especially on brown, or green eyes, is a line of gold . That looks very good, make sure you pick one that doesn't look yellow. And then you can do a brown inner line.

It is depending of you eyebrow and your hair colour.Anyway you can try in black (liquid)-water proof)brand-KATE(Japan)it is very nice.it can make your draw Clean and profession.Apply in green eyeshadow under you eye line, and apply a KATE-black liner too.it will look great!
