How do i remove eyeshadow from carpet?

i spilled eyeshadow on my carpet and i can't get it out. help!How do i remove eyeshadow from carpet?
Believe it or not, Windex works pretty well :) I found that out by accident once when my little girl got my makeup all over my bedroom carpet.. happened to have some in my hand and just sprayed it on and it came right up!! Not knowing what your carpet is made of, I'd test it in an inconspicuous place before trying it on the eyeshadow stain.How do i remove eyeshadow from carpet?
hopefully you didn't use any liquid until you picked up most of the eyeshadow (use the vacuum attachment so that you don't grind it into the carpet).


If it's a dry stain you can cover it with baking soda (the shadow will bond with the baking soda), vacuum it up once again.


If the stain still remains use a degreaser solution to dab up the rest (use white towels, one for getting the carpet wet, and a dry one to absorb the liquid and dye in the carpet). Repeat until it's all up. ***Use cold water if mixing a solution***

BY MIXING ALL FOUR INGREDIENTS.MAYBE A TEASPOON EACH OF THE FIRST THREE ALONG WITH 1/2 GALLON TO 3QUARTS OF WATER.THE FOURTH QUART WILL BE SEPARATED FROM THE REST.ALLOWING YOU TO HAVE PLAIN WATER TO RINSE AWAY WHATEVER RESIDUE REMAINING.
