I am fair-skinned with dirty blonde hair.
Brand names would be helpful, too. Thanks! What color eyeshadow and eyeliner go with blue eyes?
we look the samee:)
blue eyes, dirty blond hair and fair skin.
its kinda hard fining stuff for our eyes and when i go to make up counters they always give me orange and dark blue, but the best thing i have found is brown eyeliner instead of black with brown mascara, green and blue eyeliners will also look really good, for eyeshadow i like using light pink and skin tone colors b.c. other colors take away from our eyes.
my fav. brand is clinique.:)What color eyeshadow and eyeliner go with blue eyes?
Well for blue eyes, silver usually works best, i would not use a really bold color because of your complection. Also for eyeliners, i would use a gray, a cobalt blue, or a black. With fair skin, a bit of pale pink blush on your cheeks always looks cute to warm up your face. If you have big eyes, you can outline the entire eye, but with small eyes, you definately don't want to because it makes them appear smaller, only do the top, the bottom, or the corners. Also, you could aply white eyeshadow under the brow line, on the lid, and in the crease of your eye lightly before you put on any shadows, it high lights the eye better.
deffinetly use light brown with orangish undertones, looks AMAZING with blue eyes (for the eyeshadow)
now for eyeliner, either black or a plum :)
Brown eyeliner and copper eyeshadow.
go back to art and use use the color wheel to find complimentary colors
well withyour hair color and eyes a light eyeshadow like about white wud look cute on you :) and black eyeliner

What color eyeshadow look alright with dark blue grey eyes? Would a subtle rosy color be okay?
I have deep honey colored hair, a pale (and at times rosy) complexion, and blue-grey eyes. In shade my eyes seem almost colorlessly grey, and in sunlight they are a light blue. I usually wear browns and nudes, but since it's summer I've been looking to mix it up a bit. Suggestions? What color eyeshadow look alright with dark blue grey eyes? Would a subtle rosy color be okay?
as a general rule, those with blueish eyes should look for eye makeup in gray, violet, taupe, purple, and deep blue. you could also try using a dark shade of blue will actually bring out the more natural blue tones in your eyes; giving you a brighter and more vibrant look.
if you are looking for an edgier or more dramatic evening look, mixing black liner with a bright blue will give you a classic smoky effect. you can also throw in some silver, fuschia, or turquoise if you are going out and want a funky nighttime feel.
violets and lavenders are most recommended if you have a combination of baby blues and blonde hair. this is because a light purple is the most flattering for most blondes who tend to have fairer skin than those with darker hair.
you can use violet on the creases of your eyelids as well as on the lid in general. a lighter lavender above the crease will give you a more dramatic look for evenings. more neutral colors are ideal for daytime, but it's always fun to wear purple no matter what the time or season!
tans and browns can flatter the shape and shade of your eyes without overpowering your hair or other features. in the evenings, adding a gold shimmer is a great finishing touch for those with gorgeous, fiery hair and contrasting blue eyes.
i would keep your lips simple with a natural looking gloss, that way you can have a bit more fun with your eye make-up.
hope this helps

All blues would go perfect for you. Instead of sticking to one color, blend a bunch of blues. The best blues for blending are cuberry eyeshadows obviously, but cheaper brands might also do the trick.
A aqua-jade with sparkles might mix it up too. Bluish-green colors go very very well on a pale complextion.
It seems like I have the same eye, complextion, and hair features as you. I wear golden sparkly eyeshadow and I get lots of compliments on my eye color when I wear it. I really love it! Good Luck:D
I'd say
a lighter gray than your color,
and yes light pink,
and wine,
silver,
or shimmery pink! :]
A rosy colour will probably look nice. Maybe try some golds, blacks, purples, and pink shades. Those might look nice with your eye colour. Hope you find something nice :)
med. browns and i have the same look as you and gold looks really good on me it would prolly work 4 u 2. so basics:
brown
gold
silver
You could go with a light Grey Eyeshadow to go with your eyes.
or maybe a pink. =]
Try Maybelline Seashore Frost in the quads.
gold looks amazing.
I would say hot pink

What color eyeshadow should I wear with a navy blue dress?
I'm in a formal evening wedding this weekend and am wearing a floor length navy blue dress. It is off the shoulder so I am going for the old hollywood look for my hair and thought that I would try to stick to that with my makeup as well. I have dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, and olive skin. Thoughts?? Try to keep in mind that I don't want to stand out since I am only a bridesmaid, not the bride. What color eyeshadow should I wear with a navy blue dress?
there are three options that would look good:
1. smoky eyes - always beautiful
2. silver, gold or gray - not show off, but subtle beauty
3. NAVY BLUE - if you want to stand out, it will look awesome
GOOD LUCK What color eyeshadow should I wear with a navy blue dress?
Try the smokey eye look. you can find tutorials on youtube.
Use black eyeliner %26amp; Mascara navy blue and black eyeshadow and a touch of silver eyeshadow or eyeliner.
i think this should look really nice...i have same skin and all as yours....
put mocha color or silver on ur eyelid...mocha would be more subtle...and put navy blue eyeliner with a bit of shimmer...or even plain would do...u can also put navy blue kohl with it...tc good luck!!!
I would use greys and silver to make it shimmer. You can find some great eyeshadows by mac, flirt and covergirl.
you should wear brown sparkly eyeshadow it would look ah-mazing with the blue dress.
either do a light smokey eye with greys, or if you wanted some color, try green :)

What color eyeshadow should I use to emphasize my light brown eyes?
I am an african american teen girl with medium/light brown skin and light brown eyes. I have almost small tilted eyes.I know nothing about makeup so please help. What color eyeshadow should I use to emphasize my light brown eyes?
i think deep purples, light or dark greens, bright blues and beige would look best with your eye color and skin tone. you could also try those colors using metallic eyeshadows, they should really make your eyes pop.
another tip: you could try wearing white eyeliner on the bottom of your eyes to make them look bigger.
best of luck! What color eyeshadow should I use to emphasize my light brown eyes?
do something smoky. good luck!

What eyeshadow colors make brown eyes pop?
What really makes brown eyes stand out? I've tried brown eyeshadow and black eyeliner, but I'm just curious to find out what makes them REALLY stand out Thanks guys! What eyeshadow colors make brown eyes pop?
shades of beige, peach, corals, copper, pinks, pale purples (pinky purples) and browns..they help make your eyes *pop*.
A basic idea...
Try using a nude type shade that is peach or beige as a base color and/or highlighter color. Use a pinkish purple or coral shade as an all over lid color (except under the brow), then for the crease use a mid toned brown or beige. Line with a coppery brown. You can also use a pink eyelining/highlighter pencil to line just at the inner corners of the eye for a more refreshed/wide eyed look. Use a dark brown or brown/black mascara to finish it off.
Have fun altering things and experimenting...I hope this helps. What eyeshadow colors make brown eyes pop?
purples
If you use an Almay product, they have color coordinating eyeshadows. Purple is a really nice color to accencuate the beauty of the brown. Lighter shades are best.
purples
Greens work real well. If they are applied right you can use lots of variations. I've used bare minerals for quite a while and experiemented with lots of colors that I like. Try the link below.

if u have brown eyes u can wear any color.
green, gold, brown, navy....
Purple.
I really agree with Alana, green and purple is awesome for brown eyes. Also, try a green with a bit of gold in it, MAC has a wonderful selection of greens! I also like blue as well, I have brown eyes, and it really makes them stand out nicely:)
Purple with good flecs
Try Trax from MAC
opposite colors such as blue and green go for brighter colors to help a darker color to pop out pinks, orange, yellow things along those line. black eyeliner tends to tone down the intensity of brown eyes due to a ';battle of dark colors'; as comapared to light vs. dark they both stand out equally
try the ALMAY eyeshadow, mascara, and eyeliner that is designated for brown eyes
purples and brownish golds look awesome i had to find that out the hard way. i had trouble with it too
that light blue eyeshadow, saphire blue eye shadow. Basically the blues! Purple should do it too.
Try the new tinted maybelline mascaras.
green really makes them pop
same with a nice purple
Purples really make them stand out nicely! So do golds.
I usually use the eyeshadow from Sonia Kashuk's ';Breathtaking Brunette'; palette...you can get it at target. It's like a golden, coppery brown...brings out the gold in my eyes and makes them look gorrrggg.
well i have brown eyes and i get lots of complaments when i wear a light blue that doesn't stand out much or a shimmery bronze. i've even seen some pretty girls with purple i just do't own any. don't use pink though.....that's mainly for blue eyes and looks tacky with brown eyes.
a light blue or light purple should do that for u black eyelinder is great too but u should try a purple eyeliner loks fgreat with brown eyes
purples.
i use purple eyeliner sometimes and it really brings them out.
also, there is this almay collection called ';bring out the browns';. it comes with an eyeshadow trio, eyeliner, and mascara, and they are made to bring out brown eyes.
hope i helped =]]
green and purple

fakes lashes make the world of difference when you put them on the Eve Pearl way, her technique makes the lash look very natural and will do exactly want you want: MAKE your eyes really stand out after you have applied your eyemakeup
purples, greens, and whites.
for a bolder look, try metallic silver or goldish/bronze
well, i have brown eyes and blond hair. the color that really makes them pop out is brown. it looks preety cool. also, green, pink(if you have blond hair only), and dark, dark blue(also, if you have blond hair only. Orange or dark orange also, loooks good. Yes, and you are right. brown eyeshadow really goes good with brown eyes.

What eyeshadow last long, and actually show on your eyelides?
I hate the eyeshadows that when you apply it to your eye, it looks nothing like the color in your palet case. It always looks lighter on my eyelids than in the palet. What eyeshow does NOT do this?THanks! What eyeshadow last long, and actually show on your eyelides?
Urban Dacay makes a eye makeup primer where you dab it on your eyelid then rub it in. When you put the makeup on then it looks exactly like what it does on the palette. Also to note the makeup doesn't move or crease. Its great. Try it out. What eyeshadow last long, and actually show on your eyelides?
You can get this at a Sephora store or Sephora.com or urbandecay.com. Report Abuse
Be sure to practise with it before going on a date. It pretty much glues the makeup where you put it. Report Abuse

MAc is the BEST! it is long lasting... and there are great color variation... if you want a darker color.. put more of that color on or blend it with a darker color.. the key to make up is blending it and making it look natural... use MAC!!!
MAC eyeshadows, or HIP (high intensity pigment) makeup. Also Estee Lauder and Lancome have great eyeshadows. The key is to get a concentrated eyeshadow with a lot of pigment in it, also try pigment powders and sticks.
Rimmell does it for me. I always get a shade darker than what i actually want
MAC does it for me ;)
What you need to do is figure out which COLOR stands out the most next to your eye color. Also, if you apply a little base or even vaseline on your eyelid before you apply the shadow, it will stay on your lid longer.

What eyeshadow should I use to make my eyes stand out more?
My eyes are a light gold/green color, and they are deep set..what colors should I use to make them stand out more, and appear larger? And what color should I use to highlight under my eyebrows? Every time I apply light eyeshadow under my brows it looks fake!
Thanks! What eyeshadow should I use to make my eyes stand out more?
if you want to bring out the gold specs in your eyes stick with bronzy colors...put a shimery tan all over your eye lid and they to bring out the depth but a darker bronze color in the crease and use brown mascara and eyeliner. To bring out the green use a light green all over your eyelids then use a darker forest green in the crease and for mascara and and eyeliner use purple but not crazy funky purples use plums...make sure your eyeshadow is always shimmery because it will look best with the gold specs in your eyes. And the best beauty trick i've ever tried is using slightly shimery cream almost white colors in the inner corners of your eyes and right underneath your eyebrow. when u enhance with white your eyes look bigger and the brow bone more defined. and always curl your eyelashes! And as far as brands go... Physicians Formula or Merell Norman for eyeshadows, Urban Decay or CoverGirl for eyeliners, Lash Blast Mascara by Cover girl or Lancome Double Ended MascaraWhat eyeshadow should I use to make my eyes stand out more?
purple because it is the closest thing to red which is opposite green on the colour wheel.opposite colours on the colour wheel such as green is opposite to red make each other stand out but i doubt you want to wear red eyeshadow?so purples are good option to make ur eyes stand out.as ur eyes are hazel (green and gold) your colouring is warm so a pale/soft gold would look natural as a highlighter for your eyebrows x
I have deep set eyes,I use a light color but not all over the lid,and I never do under my brows because I'm naturally light there.sometimes I'll put a little luminous cream on my lid.(like wet n'wild cream blush)If your eyes are quite large you could line the top and bottom to make them stand out more
Try the new Almay eyeshadows that are designed specifically for green eyes (they also have ones for blue and brown). I haven't tried them, but I heard that they work well.
Violet tones also works well for green eyes.
purples, pinks, browns, and corals
Use a light tan or off white colour! and blend the colours together using a 'window wiper' motion so you do not have a line wear the makeup ends.
pinks, purples, amber colors, and also put some white in your tear duct and on your water line. try a line brown for highlighting your brow
think you should put silver eyeshadow on top of your eyes.
