How do you trace eyeshadow under your eyes without looking like a raccoon?

A lot of celebs have the eyeshadow under their eyes and it looks fabulous. i try it and it looks like i just rolled outta bed after being socked a few times. an example would be maybe britney spears on the allure cover or christine dolce off of myspace. How do you trace eyeshadow under your eyes without looking like a raccoon?
it's all about a soft, thin brush that you can draw a clear line with, and good blending into the foundation. and the right color ;-)





try to apply light colors under your eye, like a light pink or rose tone, and when you think it looks perfect, then go for some darker shadows.





and ask your Mom or a friend if it really looks so terrible - I learnt that I'm far more critical concerning my looks than they are ;-)How do you trace eyeshadow under your eyes without looking like a raccoon?
try and use black eyeshadow with an eyeliner brush, it doesnt look as hard as black pencil. u can always use different color eye shadow as well, like maybe a brown so it doesnt look as harsh. u find find the brush as MAC, good luck ! :)

you need to make it thicker towards the outer edge of your eye, gentle smudging will make it look dramatic but also natural!
