How can I get powdered eyeshadow out of my futon fabric cover?

My son got into it, and smudged it all over the front of the futon. I've taken the cover off and gently beat it just a little, now I'm left with a huge stain. Somebody help!How can I get powdered eyeshadow out of my futon fabric cover?

since the cover is easy to remove just throw it into the laundry alone, but only use a small amount of detergent. and dry on a low setting to prevent shrinkage. wash with cold water
