Eyeshadow?!?!?

I love to use eyeshadow but im really not very good at it and i need some help with technique or whatever... and some links with diagrams would really help too! Thanx!


oh and i have kinda big eyes and light skin, not white, like white ppl, but light for a mexican, if its relevant at all...Eyeshadow?!?!?

go to beinggirl.com it has a diagram of how to do it and pictures of people and suggestions on what color to do based on your skin tone.
check out the book ';cindy crawford's basic face';...it has a lot of helpful hints. also you could take to a lady at a make-up counter in the mall.
First of all, find out what color eyeshadows compliment your eye color. If you have blue eyes, browns will make your blue eyes pop! If you have green, plums will make them pop! If you have brown go for greens! To apply it. Start with a medium shade over the lid. Then take your darkest shade and put it into the crease. Your crease is right above the eyelid. Look up and you should be able to see it. Make sure to blend it in throughly. Then take your lightest shade and highlight the area right below the eyebrow. Your eyes will really stand out! Good Luck!
Go to mac.com it is very helpfull. Abut the tone of you skin I would suggest shades of brow, gold, silver. Those smocky black eyes will look gorgeous on you since you said your eyes are big.
