I love NYX products.They are really good quality and cheap!MAC is really good as well but 14$ for 1 eyeshadow can be a little to pricey.For one eyeshadow from NYX its only 5$ Works just as good as MAC too.Lots of colors to choose from

well i like MAC theyre really pigmented with lots of finishes (matte,satin,frost,etc.)
THen, many ppl say NYX single eyeshadows are very closely comparable 2 MAC shadows, and on cherryculture.com theyre only $2.80 ea where as MAC eyeshadows are 14 in the container, or u can buy them just in a little pan and theyre only $10, if u buy the pans tho, not only are they cheap, but mac sells a 15pan empty palette that you can put ur shadows in .. and nyx sells trios for $5.60, and those shadows in the trios, fit into the mac palette... i just ordered about 30 eyeshaodws from nyx %26gt;_%26gt; got carried away lol.. ill have 2 post back and let u know how well they are :) HTH!
Try MAC or Stila. They're more expensive, but a superb quality.
I love the smokey eye look and would recommend it.
If you want to experiment with out spending a lot of money, cobtact your local Avon rep. and ask for some samples.

get like a neutral or a light pink and top it off with some eyeliner
For inexpensive brands, try Almay. They have good matte brown shades. For department store, try Mac or Benefit eyeshadows.
